Since Brahmsutras Yog Village provides accommodation and wellness services, we do not ship physical products. However, our policy regarding the delivery of your booking confirmation is as follows:
Instant Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking is sent via email immediately after a successful payment.
What to Expect
- Once you complete the booking process and your payment is successfully verified by our payment gateway (Razorpay), you will receive an automated email at the email address you provided.
- This email serves as your booking voucher and includes your reservation details, booking reference number, and payment receipt.
- Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes of payment.
Issues with Confirmation
If you have made a payment but have not received a confirmation email, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify the transaction and manually send your booking confirmation.
