Cancellation Terms

• More than 24 hours before check-in: You are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Less than 24 hours before check-in: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the check-in time are non-refundable.
• No-Show: If you do not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. The amount may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

Modifications

Requests to modify the dates of your stay are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
