1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking a stay at Brahmsutras Yog Village, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Brahmsutras Yog Village. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests (Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID; Foreign Nationals: Passport & Valid Visa).

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the peaceful nature of the village. Loud music, innovative behavior, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these rules without refund.

5. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property furniture, or amenities during their stay. Charges for damage will be billed to the guest's account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brahmsutras Yog Village is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Guests are advised to secure their valuables. We are also not liable for any injury or illness sustained during your stay, although we maintain high safety standards.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
